Industry Workshops are one-hour and
fifteen minute Monday and Tuesday morning
programs designed for presentations to seat
approximately 150–200 attendees.
Industry Workshops may be held at the
Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, or
The Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel. Industry
Workshops must adhere to the one-hour
and fifteen minute time frame. AABB is not
responsible for costs associated with food and
beverages at these events. Approximate room
set is for 150–200 attendees.
For all Industry Workshops held at the Boston
Convention & Exhibition Center, AABB will
provide the following standard audiovisual

equipment: a computer, projector, screen,
podium, wired lavaliere microphone, laser pointer,
two head table microphones and one aisle
microphone. An audiovisual technician also will
be available. Additional audiovisual equipment will
be the responsibility of the supporting company.
For all Industry Workshops held at The Westin
Boston Waterfront Hotel, all audiovisual costs
will be the responsibility of the supporting
company. AABB does not provide audiovisual
equipment at the hotels.

Corporate Education Programs are supported
by individual companies and are not an official
part of the AABB Annual Meeting educational
programming. A listing of these workshops will
appear in promotional materials and the CTTXPO
Guide. Final information must be received by
August 3 for inclusion. Due to the popularity of this
offering, space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please reserve your space early.
