Corporate Evening Symposia are programs held
only on Monday evening at the Headquarter
Hotel. These programs are hosted by companies
who choose to provide educational programming
combined with a social twist for networking.
During this non-conflicting educational forum,
AABB encourages companies to present their own
workshops to invited guests. All costs associated
with this activity are the supporting company’s
responsibility. Satellite Symposia supporters will
receive a one-time use attendee mailing list three
weeks prior to the meeting.

and signage (deadlines apply).
•;Another valuable tool for marketing
your program is the attendee mailing
list. This pre-registered attendee list
will be available approximately three
to four weeks prior to the event to
further enhance your targeted direct-mail efforts.
•;As a thank you for ongoing support
to our Corporate Affiliate members,
discounts are offered on all the
corporate education events, with
the exception of Learning Labs. Visit
