Four badges are allotted per 100 square feet of
exhibit space purchased. Additional “
exhibit-only” badges may be purchased for booth
personnel for a fee of $25 per badge during the
online registration process.

Are exhibitors required to register the
individuals who will staff the booth?
Yes, exhibitors are responsible for registering
all booth personnel. Please visit www.aabb.org/
annualmeeting > Exhibitor Information in June
to complete your registration. See page 6 for
additional registration information.
When can I set up and dismantle
my booth?

What if I want my distributor’s company
name listed on some of the name
badges?
The exhibiting company’s name will appear on all
booth personnel “exhibit-only” and complimentary
full-meeting badges. Individuals who prefer to
have another company name denoting their
division, partner, distributor, etc. will need to
register as an “attendee” on the AABB attendee
registration website. Badges are issued only in
the company name of the exhibiting company.

Who is the general service contractor?
Freeman Company is the official general service
contractor for AABB. They manage exhibit setup,
dismantling, furnishings, shipping, booth labor,
material handling and signage.
What does my booth fee include?
Your booth fee includes the cost of the physical
floor space rental only. Exhibitors are responsible
for ordering and the cost of carpet, furnishings,
utilities and material handling. See page 4 for a
complete list.
Why is it important to book hotel rooms
through Experient, AABB’s housing
provider?
Experient, AABB’s official housing provider, is
able to secure rates that are significantly
lower than the hotel’s quoted rate. Booking
through Experient also ensures exhibitors have
reasonable and convenient accommodations at
this and future AABB Annual Meetings. See page
7 for additional housing information.
What are priority points?
The priority point system is designed to recognize
companies that support AABB and its
activities and to encourage new companies to
